次期Windows 10の大型アップデートである「Fall Creators Update」が発表されたのとほぼ時を同じくして、NuAns NEO [Windows 10 Mobile]に秋ではない方のCreators Updateが配信されました。
このアップデートに限らず、明確に我々の方に配信タイミングが伝えられることがないので、配信されてから知るという状態だったのですでに導入をされた方もいらっしゃるかもしれません。まだの方は、しっかりと事前にバックアップを取った上で試してみてください。残念ながら、大型アップデートと言いつつもあまり多くの機能追加が行なわれていません。内容については下記のNuAns NEOユーザーでもあるOD-10Z氏のブログをご覧いただければと思います。

Windows 10 Mobile搭載端末の中でも、すべての端末がこのアップデートを配信されるわけではなく、今回はNuAns NEOも対象にしていただきました。今後も、できる限りアップデートを配信していただけるようにマイクロソフト社と取り組んでいきたいと思います。
NuAns NEO [Windows 10 Mobile]の写真をNuAns NEO [Reloaded]で撮影する時が来るとは感慨深いです。なお、今後はNuAns NEO [Windows 10 Mobile]とNuAns NEO [Reloaded]とで区別し、どちらにもかかる場合には単にNuAns NEOとしたいと思います。

My phone can not get the new Creators Update (15254.124)
Now the OS shows (1703)(15063.786)
I can not get the update，can you help me?
My chinese keyboard can not use either，would you tell me how to do ?

Hello sd4424baab, thank you for your comment.
The Fall Creators Update has not released to the NuAns NEO yet so it’s not only your phone. We are working with Microsoft to release it to the NuAns NEO but we did not get their answer yet.
And I’m not sure what is the problem for Chinese Keyboard, can you add the other language keyboard? Did you try to reset the phone to solve the problem?

Other keyboard can download like english & japanese.
I reset my phone once.
Before i reset my phone the chinese keyboard can work.
Now even i update the 1703(15063.850) the keyboard can not download either.
What is the newest version for neo?
I heard the newest version is 1709(15254.xx)?
Is it ture?
would you tell me how to do ?

I’m sorry for my late reply. I had to check with the other Windows 10 Mobile devices. And finally we tested with Nokia’s Lumia and Mouse’s MADOSMA, those two devices were unable to download language keyboards. So according to this result, I suspect that there is a problem on server side instead of our device.
We will ask with Microsoft about this issue.
